Our village is filled with highly skilled instructors who are very passionate about their sports. We are committed to the athletic development of our students and very proud to make positive impact for the athletes in our community.
Justin O’Conner
Justin is an Instructor and Co-Founder of The Barn Academy. He is a highly decorated professional baseball player with more than 12 years of experience playing professionally. In 2010 Justin was a 1st round MLB Draft Pick by the Tampa Bay Rays out of high school. In that same year he was recognized as Indiana Mr. Baseball, Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year, AFLAC All-American, Perfect Game Nationals “Best Tool’s”. Additional accomplishments by Justin throughout his career includes NY-Penn League Champion (2012), Florida State League All-Star (2014), MiLB Futures Game (2014), AFL Fall Star (2014), Southern League All-Star (2017), International League Champion (2017), Defensive Player of the Year - American Association (2018).
Randy O’Conner
Randy is an Instructor and Co-Founder of The Barn Academy. He played baseball at Ben Davis HS and at IUPUI in Indianapolis and then spent several years playing Men’s Fastpitch Softball. Randy has more than 30 years of experience as a Player, Coach, Instructor and Father of both Baseball & Softball Players.
Aaron Wells
Aaron is a Catching Instructor and Camp/Clinic Instructor. Coach Wells is also the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Cowan High School. Aaron played Collegiately at Manchester University.
Sean Richardson
Sean is a Baseball Pitching Instructor. Sean is a former HS State Finalist, Collegiate Pitcher at Coppin State University & Limestone College, Co-Founder of the Indiana Bears Travel Program and Assistant/Pitching Coach at Monroe Central High School (‘17 - ‘22)
Joe Gallatin
Joe is a Hitting & Catching Instructor. Joe played at Muncie Central High School and Collegiately at Manchester University.
John Gallatin
Joe is a Hitting Instructor. John played at Muncie Central High School and Collegiately at Manchester University.
Alanah Jones
Alanah is a Softball Pitching Instructor and Camp/Clinic Instructor. Alanah played at Yorktown High School and is currently playing College Softball at Purdue Ft. Wayne University.
Blake Caldwell
Blake is a Hitting Instructor and Camp/Clinic Instructor. Blake played at Jay County High School and is currently playing College Baseball at Wabash College.
