Travel Ball Coaches Needed
This is an opportunity to positively impact young Baseball & Softball players and become a part of a growing Team.
The Barn Academy, LLC and the Indiana Shuckers organization is looking for High Character Individuals to help lead, motivate, and encourage our young players. Our preference for our older teams, age 13 & above, would be for coaches who have previous playing or coaching experience, but we will consider the right individual or parent for any age team.
Younger teams will most likely be coached by a Volunteer Parent or Volunteer Non-Parent. This could be a great opportunity for a new coach to gain valuable experience while helping to start players off on the right foot.
Parent Head Coaches - Your own son’s or daughter’s Player Fees are waved with the exception of the “Fixed Fees” shown in the Indiana Shuckers Program Info.
Our Indiana Shuckers Teams have training access to our Indoor Facility throughout the year and several options of outdoor fields through the Fall, Spring & Summer.
Coach Requirements & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a group of young Players & Parents.
Organized with good communication skills.
Willingness to work with other coaches & instructors.
Coaches of older teams, ages 13U & up, will receive a paid Stipend. See Indiana Shuckers Program Info for details.
